At Third Wave Coffee Roasters, we want you to enjoy every brew, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and non-perishable goods. Please note that roasted coffee beans are final sale due to their perishable nature, but we will gladly address any quality concerns.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories that were shipped with the order.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
